Robbie Massengill - Email
Broker

As a broker for ADI Real Estate, Inc., subsidiary of American Development Industries, Inc., Robbie Massengill specializes in large scale land acquisitions for residential, commercial, and mixed use properties. He can also manage many other property needs efficiently and effectively, including: contract negotiations, due diligence, investment analysis, marketing, and sales and lease options.

Mr. Massengill graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000. That same year he, and his wife Tracy, relocated to the Charlotte area. Robbie then began his career in construction equipment sales. Working with JW Burress, Inc., selling heavy equipment, Robbie gained invaluable knowledge of site selection, site improvement, construction and finance. In 2004, after choosing the Lake Norman area to call home, Robbie began his successful transition into real estate brokerage.

As a top residential and land producer for both The Allen Tate Company and Re/Max at the Lake, Mr. Massengill certainly knew the Lake Norman residential market. Calling on his construction background, Robbie began assisting developers in the area for new residential projects: from acquisition, through construction, community start-up, and into final product sales. This experience is what brought Mr. Massengill to ADI Real Estate, Inc.

With his experience, and the latest industry tools in real estate, Robbie works with clients, from start to finish, to locate the most suitable properties for land investment, residential, commercial, and / or mixed use development.
